There is a dedicated password reset facility on Level 1 of the Library. Use the password reset PC if you have forgotten your password or if you need to change it and cannot get logged on to do so.
To use the password reset option simply key in your user name and correctly answer the security questions that you have set. Remember that your new password must be between 8 - 16 characters and must contain all of the following elements : Uppercase letter (A-Z), lowercase letter (a-z) and number (0 - 9).
You can also use the reset password PC to change your security questions.
