Students who are leaving Dundee for the summer will be able to take books on loan with them and, unless someone reserves the book, be able to keep it for the duration of the holidays.
You will still need to renew your books either online, by email or over the phone otherwise you will incur overdue charges, but the usual restriction of only 4 renewals has been lifted for the vacation period.
Try not to leave renewing your books until the last minute - although we're quieter over the summer there is still a chance someone may recall or place a hold on a book you have and that would prevent you from renewing. If you were unable to return the book in person you would then need to post it back to us to avoid overdue charges.
