The Virtual Library is one of the main online destinations for Abertay students and staff. But it was designed about 10 years ago and hasn't kept pace with how you search for and use information. Your feedback tells us that it is not always easy to find what you are looking for, whether journal articles on a particular topic, how to renew your books online or when the library is open.
We are looking for staff and students to take part in usability testing - we already have over 150 student volunteers so are particularly keen to hear from staff who would like to try out our new design. We will be doing our first tests in early February 2008 and the results will feed into the next stage. We also want your ideas on the look and feel - how would you like the Library website to look.
