Renewing books over the summer
Students who are leaving Dundee for the summer will be able to take books on loan with them and, unless someone reserves the book, be able to keep it for the duration of the holidays.
You will still need to renew your books either online, by email or over the phone otherwise you will incur overdue charges, but the usual restriction of only 4 renewals has been lifted for the vacation period.

Summer opening hours
Now that the majority of students have finished their coursework and exams for the session, the Library is operating with reduced opening hours.
We will be open Monday and Wednesday - Friday 08:45 - 16:50, Tuesday 08:45 - 19:50, but will be closed at the weekend.
We hope that opening later on Tuesdays will give students who still have work to complete the opportunity to use the Library even if they have daytime commitments.
Summer opening hours will be in place from 28th May - 11th September.
Please let us know how you find the new arrangements - pop a postcard in one of the suggestion boxes around the Library or email us at library@abertay.ac.uk
